Withdraw from your contract
Under EU law you have 14 days to withdraw from your contract. The 14 days start the day after your purchase was completed.
What is the right of withdrawal?
If you are an EU consumer and purchased a subscription directly through our website, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within the applicable 14-day withdrawal period, without giving any reason.
Who can use this form?
This form is intended for eligible EU consumers who purchased their subscription directly through our website.
If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, Google Play or another third-party sales channel, please follow the instructions applicable to that purchase channel or contact us for assistance.
How to exercise your right
You can exercise your right of withdrawal by submitting the online withdrawal form below. You do not need to give a reason.
To identify your contract, we will ask you to provide:
- your name;
- the email address used for the purchase;
- your order, transaction or subscription ID.
You do not need to create or log into an account to submit the form.
After you submit your request, we will send an acknowledgement of receipt to the email address you provide.
